Decided to rent it before I once again spent money on another exercise program I don't like. I really liked this one and ended up buying the whole 90 day program from amazon. It's a realistic exercise program. I like Jillian, I didn't know who she was before I rented the DVD, guess I don't watch the shows she's on. Anyway, she's down to earth and keeps you motivated!
