I wanted to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, cause my sister has her birthday and she's organizing a big party. I found this ebook and was a little skeptical in the beginning, especially since I saw it has 1 negative review.
I decided to get it just for the diet plan that was included.
I read it all in the first day, and realized that the negative review is either a mistake or the person who left it, was just upset for something else, cause the book is really good
The diet plan is easy to follow, and so is the exercise routine. I created a weight loss routine based on the ideas in the book, and in 3 days I have lost 2 pounds already.
It is true that the ebook has links to the author's website. I checked the site, and it explains how to boost metabolism and burn more calories by being active.
Overall, I can only say that if you are a woman and you want to lose weight, you should buy the ebook. I really recommend it!
